This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You’ll Get To Do: • Support a fast-paced, high-profile, program; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment• Conduct security education classes and security audits• Assist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and Destruction or serve as a Data Transfer Agent• Receive, process, distribute, and control classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facility• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues• Submit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systems• Support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4) and the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidance• Assist program managers and professional staff in the interpretation, application, and compliance of the program Security Classification Guides (SCG)You’ll Bring These Qualifications for Industrial Security Analyst:Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, or Master's with 0 years of related experience (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)You’ll Bring These Qualifications for Principal Industrial Security Analyst:Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master's with 3 years of related experience, or 1 year with a PhD (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)You’ll Bring These Qualifications for both:Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentMeticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheetsExcellent writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communicationsOrganized and efficient at time managementComputer and desktop Microsoft office software products experienceMust be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 yearsMust have the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business needMust have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business needThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs)Experience with SLOPACS and DISSPrior Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) ExperienceExperience leading small teamsExperience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratingsStrong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) Manuals (to include DoDM 5205.07 Special Access Program Security Manual), and/or the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
