Sr. Project Manager- Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Summary (List Format):
- Take ownership of Business Central/D365 project plan, including workstreams, sequencing, and milestones.
- Manage daily activities of SI (System Integrator) and technical delivery teams, ensuring adherence to plans and data readiness.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business Systems Leadership, and IT PMO to maintain project schedule through integration and go-live phases.
- Establish and execute project governance processes, including status reporting, risk/issue/dependency tracking, and documentation.
- Plan and lead integration and onboarding activities, including AR/AP data migration and foreign entity onboarding.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks and blockers, preventing last-minute issues.
- Demonstrate high accountability, strong ownership, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Utilize strong technical project management skills, especially in complex system integrations (ERP or similar).
- Prefer candidates with financial systems integration experience.
- Manage third-party vendors and hold them accountable for deliverables and milestones.
- Operate effectively in a Finance-led, IT-supported environment with structured communication.
- Proven ability to rebuild or rescue at-risk project plans.
- Experience using Monday.com for project planning, alignment, and tracking with IT PMO.
- LinkedIn profile required for all candidate submissions.
