This position can sit in our Baltimore, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Northern Virginia, San Diego, Seattle, Short Hills, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Tampa, or Wilmington office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3 years' experience in marketing and/or business development in marketing and/or business development in a professional services environment
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Confident with the ability to build work relationships with internal and external contacts as well as practice and firm leaders
• Strong communication, effective listening, excellent judgment, and interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with staff and attorneys on a regular basis
• Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with legal directories (i.e., Chambers and Legal 500)
• Experience working with LexTrack

What will your day look like? As a Sr Marketing Operations Coordinator - Directories, you will support the firm's comprehensive submission strategy for Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories to elevate the firm's visibility for multiple practices and sectors. You will maintain a legal directory calendar that includes setting timelines and deadlines. You will support efforts to communicate legal directory best practices, including developing annual training and workshops. You will also analyze results of each publication and identify areas for improvement along with keeping attorneys and leadership informed of submission status and results. You will update and maintain individual lawyers and firm directory online profiles. You will serve as the main point of contact that provides strategic advice to lawyers and marketing professionals to improve submissions. You will quality assurance (QA) final submissions before uploading to Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories and build relationships with directory editors and researchers to identify where the firm can increase ranking opportunities/better understand their methodology. Additionally, you will respond promptly to directory questionnaires, interview requests, and other inquiries.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Diego is $36.76 - $53.30 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
