Psychiatrist Compensation: $230K - $280K per year + Comprehensive Benefits Package Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, in-person Location: Pittsburg, PA We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and committed to serving a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with patients and staff
- Apply sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situations
- Support quality improvement initiatives and operational processes
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations
- Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications
