OverviewInterviews technical and program management personnel to create proposal content that addresses management, implementation, and transition plans for major federal programs.Experience evaluating government Statement of Work (SOW) and creating effective winning proposal responses.Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.Reviews published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.Maintains records and files of work and revisions for easy retrieval.Develops and/or selects photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate process and procedures and enhance written text.Familiar with Government Printing Office GPO and appropriate Style Manuals, AP, etc.Synthesizes complex or diverse information, collects and researches data, and uses intuition and experience to complement data.Generates creative solutions, translates concepts and information into images, and uses feedback to modify designs.Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and works well in group problem solving situations.Completes projects on time and budget.Responds promptly to internal client needs, solicits client feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance, and meets commitments.Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
