About Organio

Organio is a new drive-thru coffee concept focused on high-quality organic coffee, fast and friendly service, and a simple, efficient customer experience.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Coffee Store Manager who wants more than a traditional management position. The right candidate will take responsibility for the location, help grow the business, and have the potential to take over the location as an Organio franchise owner/operator within approximately 2–3 years .

As Organio expands, there may also be opportunities for exceptional performers to participate more broadly in the development of the franchise system.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the Organio location while working hands-on alongside a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and a team of approximately 2–3 employees
• Deliver excellent coffee quality, customer service and drive-thru speed
• Prepare espresso-based and other Organio beverages
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise employees
• Maintain food-safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory, ordering and product availability
• Control labor, product waste and operating costs
• Monitor sales and store profitability
• Handle customer concerns and day-to-day operational issues
• Support local marketing and promotions
• Work directly with the founder to improve operations and help develop the Organio concept

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of coffee shop, café or comparable food/beverage experience
• Management, assistant management or shift-lead experience preferred
• Hands-on experience preparing espresso and milk-based coffee drinks
• Strong customer-service and team-leadership skills
• Understanding of inventory, labor, food cost and waste control
• Ability to operate a small location independently
• Entrepreneurial, responsible and commercially minded
• Interest in eventually operating your own business

Drive-thru or high-volume coffee experience is a plus.

Food Safety

The manager must hold or obtain a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification, such as ServSafe Manager or an accredited equivalent, and understand required food-safety, sanitation and record-keeping procedures.

Organio can support a qualified candidate in obtaining the required certification.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $24–$27/hour , depending on experience

Path to Franchise Ownership

Our goal is to develop the right manager into an independent business operator.

During the first 1–2 years, you will progressively take responsibility for the complete operation, including employees, sales, costs, purchasing, marketing and profitability.

After approximately 2–3 years , a successful manager may have the opportunity to take over the existing Organio location as an Organio franchise owner/operator .

As Organio develops additional locations, exceptional performers may also be considered for a broader operational or strategic partnership within the franchise system.

Any franchise, ownership or partnership opportunity will depend on performance, business development, mutual agreement and separately negotiated financial and legal terms. It is not a guaranteed part of employment.
