About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Duration: 6 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS Must-Have: - Open heart surgery/transplants/CRRT experience preferred - Recent ECMO experience - Strong critical care experience in major academic medical centers - Flexibility on scheduling - Willingness to float between units - Experience in a busy, large Level 1 trauma setting - Familiarity with EPIC charting system Description: Candidates should have strong critical care experience. Recent ECMO and open heart surgery experience is preferred. Candidates need to be flexible with scheduling and willing to float. This is a busy setting and requires adaptability. Successful candidates typically have 3 or more years of experience. Previous travel experience and work in a fast-paced hospital setting are beneficial. Availability for weekend shifts is required.
