Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549
M-F 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm ***NO WEEKENDS*** (AM shift 6:30 am - start school)

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Group Leader , you'll help shape meaningful before andafter-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.
We're looking for an early learning professional who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role, you will:
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
This role is ideal for students studying:
- Education
- Child Development
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Recreation or Youth Development
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
- Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
