Medical Social Worker, Primary Care & Crisis Support
University of Rochester
The University of Rochester invites applications for an Embedded Medical Social Worker in the Medicine in Psychiatry Service – Primary Care (MIPS-PC) outpatient clinic at Brighton Health Campus. The role focuses on biopsychosocial assessment, advocacy, care coordination, and collaboration with the primary care team to improve overall patient health and well-being.
The position requires an MSW and NYS LMSW eligibility, with experience in medical or psychiatric settings preferred.
