The Water Restoration Technician plays a vital role in responding to water damage emergencies, working within small teams to mitigate damage and restore properties efficiently. This role requires hands-on skills in water extraction, drying, and mold remediation while maintaining clear communication with customers and thorough documentation of each job.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to prevent further property damage
• Conduct detailed damage assessments to determine restoration needs
• Clean and prepare sites post-restoration to ensure safety and quality
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding restoration processes
• Document all restoration activities and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate closely with small teams (2-3 people) to complete projects efficiently
• Implement mold remediation techniques to address contamination

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in water restoration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mold remediation procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Physical endurance to handle demanding tasks
