Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and light commercial settings
• Perform repairs and installations of water heaters, faucets, toilets, drain lines, and other fixtures
• Maintain accurate records of services provided
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide exceptional service
• Uphold safety standards and comply with all codes and regulations
• Operate company-provided tools and equipment responsibly

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and components
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to pass a background check

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service plumber preferred
• Experience with residential plumbing systems, including diagnostics and repair
• Comfortable using drain snakes, jetters, and other plumbing equipment
