Sales Manager (gn) Bayern/ BaWü Einsatzort: München Art(en) der Anstellung: Vollzeit Deine Aufgaben als Sales Manager Als Sales Manager in unserem internen Team bist du erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden Du gewinnst proaktiv Kunden und Aufträge in deiner Region und versorgst unsere Delivery Teams mit spannenden Projekten. Dabei baust du durch deine Arbeit bei uns mit unserem Kunden ein starkes Netzwerk auf und pflegst den engen Austausch mit der Vertriebsleitung. Mit Leidenschaft und Engagement sorgst du dafür, dass die Kunden von unserem Dienstleistungsangebot überzeugt sind Dein Herz schlägt für die Personaldienstleistung und du bist stets darauf bedacht, die Zufriedenheit unserer Mitarbeitenden und des Kunden zu gewährleisten. Dein Profil Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann oder hast ein Hochschulstudium absolviert Du kannst mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen in der Personaldienstleistung vorweisen und möchtest Vertriebsverantwortung in einer Region übernehmen Du bist voll in deinem Element, wenn es darum geht, unterwegs zu sein und mit Kunden in Kontakt zu treten . Das Telefon in die Hand zu nehmen und neue Chancen zu ergreifen, ist für dich kein Problem – du gehst immer proaktiv auf neue Kunden zu !
