Requirements
- Current Arkansas RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum 4 years of OR nursing experience
- Strong experience in:
- Cardiovascular OR (CVOR)
- Vascular Surgery OR
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative nursing care.
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams.
- Monitor and document patient status throughout the surgical process.
- Anticipate surgical team needs and prepare supplies/equipment according to surgeon preference cards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
