Maintenance Technician – Legacy Hill | Nashville, TN
$26-$29/Hour + Monthly Bonus + Immediate Interviews

What You'll Do
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain the community's buildings, grounds, and common areas
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, well-kept community
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Participate in on call rotation
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
