Strategic Sourcing Manager, Silicon Operations

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record developing and executing strategy, and managing supplier performance. Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will be an advantage.Key job responsibilitiesBe the Leader for ASIC Global Business Operations. Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders and inventory management.Responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.Lead cross-functional Initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.Basic qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred qualification - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership- Knowledge of cloud computing services or deployment architecture- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients- Experience with agile or other program management methodologiesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
