Oglethorpe Power Corp. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to serve generation facilities across Georgia and the OPC corporate headquarters. You will consult with management on HR policy, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. You will administer the performance management program, oversee goal setting and reviews, and coordinate HR projects with Compensation, Legal, and Training teams.
