This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious attorney to work on complex, high-profile disputes alongside nationally recognized trial lawyers. The successful candidate will represent businesses, insurers, and other sophisticated clients in challenging commercial and civil litigation matters across state and federal courts. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Active admission to the Michigan Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. 2–6+ years of litigation experience gained at a law firm or comparable legal environment. Experience with commercial litigation, insurance litigation, product liability, business disputes, or other complex civil litigation matters is preferred. Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
