Project Manager / Estimator

Marine Construction Project Manager Our client is a leading marine construction firm specializing in waterfront infrastructure, including docks, piers, bulkheads, dredging, and coastal protection projects. Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of marine construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies Prepare and present progress reports, cost forecasts, and project updates Lead on-site teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of project management experience in marine or heavy civil construction Strong knowledge of marine construction methods (pile driving, dredging, cofferdams, etc.) Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Familiarity with permitting requirements (USACE, OSHA, environmental regulations) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project) What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 USD.
