Job Title Public Project Manager Job Description Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee all phases of construction, including preconstruction planning, subcontractor procurement, execution, and closeout. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders. Coordinate with field teams to ensure efficient project execution and resolve any on-site issues. Review and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel for project tracking, reporting, and document control. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and safety regulations. Support financial tracking, cost control, and forecasting across all assigned projects.
