Job Description Position: PEOPLE USA - Mobile Crisis Social Worker in Yonkers, NY Summary: People USA provides people living with mental health and/or addiction issues with the highest quality, effective peer services, and behavioral health care. We are a peer‑run nonprofit organization. Our agency is 100% made up of people with their own lived experience with mental health or addiction issues, recovery, and moving towards wellness. Our mission is to educate, support, and empower people to understand, manage, and overcome behavioral health challenges. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator in partnership with community providers, the Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LMHC) will provide oversight and direct services to individuals experiencing a crisis.
