Precast Plant Manager
KOI Superior Walls
The Plant Manager oversees all aspects of the KOI Superior Walls (KOISW) precast concrete wall production plant. This includes manufacturing, CAD drafting, and delivery coordination, as well as developing and leading plant staff. The Plant Manager communicates with other members of Senior Management to determine and accomplish company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet the production, drafting, and delivery demands to keep up with sales. Ensure finished products meet quality standards. Maintain all equipment in proper working order to minimize downtime and maximize life. Maximize production and delivery profitability. Train and develop plant staff to continually improve our workforce. Effectively communicate with other management functions to facilitate exceptional customer service. Ensure all safety regulations are being followed in the plant.SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Effective communication is the most essential aspect of this position. Team Player: Get along well with others. Everything we do at KOISW is a team effort. Be adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats; as we are starting up as a new company there will be many moving parts and adjustments as we figure out the KOISW way.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous manufacturing plant management experience. Dispatch experience is a plus. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of terminology customarily used in construction. Ability to read and understand build sheets designed by CAD. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Flexibility with working hours.
