Case Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented VA & Social Security Case Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing a caseload involving veterans and Social Security beneficiaries, coordinating benefits and services, maintaining accurate financial and case records, communicating with government agencies and service providers, and ensuring that required deadlines and reporting obligations are met. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with sensitive financial and personal information and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, follow-through, and compassionate client service. This is a hands-on position for someone who can take ownership of a case from start to finish , identify what needs to be done, follow up without being reminded, and keep the attorney and management team informed of important developments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
