KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of construction projects using survey data. Ensure models accurately represent the physical site conditions and project specifications. Update models based on new survey data and project changes. Work closely with surveyors & engineers to gather necessary project data and information. Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with project teams, including designers, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure models meet project needs. Utilize industry-standard software for modeling, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D). Strong understanding of surveying techniques and data interpretation. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Ability to conduct site visits and perform physical inspections.PERKS OF JOINING JLM
