Assistant General Manager Benefits: Competitive salary up to $115,000 DOE Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Professional development and advancement opportunities Assistant General Manager Responsibilities: Lead all front-of-house floor operations during service, ensuring flawless execution and an elevated guest experience Maintain and enforce fine dining service standards, hospitality excellence, and brand consistency Supervise, coach, and develop managers, captains, servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff Partner with the General Manager to achieve financial goals including labor management, sales growth, and profitability Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Assist with inventory controls, purchasing, and operational systems as needed Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives Assistant General Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in upscale or fine dining environments Minimum 2 years in a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role Proven ability to lead high-performing hospitality teams Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine service, and guest relations Experience managing labor costs, scheduling, and operational budgets Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
