Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations! Responsibilities:- Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner
- Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders
- Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the customer
- After the customer is done ordering repeat the order to the customer
- Repeats order and show them their meal for accuracy
- Follows up with customers to make sure needs are being met.
- Acknowledges and addresses guest and Team Member concerns
- Understands follows and executes all food safety and work safety requirements
- Ensures product is being prepared, served and stored to company standard, following all food safety regulations (FIFO)
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Provides on-going coaching to store team. Identifies when processes and actions are consistent/inconsistent with restaurant expectations and standards and coach/praise in the moment.
- Floor Control ("aces in their places") and provides breaks and meal periods
- Leads the team to success, by training, coaching, and mentoring
- Works closely with the General Manager to ensure proper store operations
