Assistant General Manager Responsibilities: Oversee and run daily operations of the restaurant Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the staff team High level of financial responsibility and accountability Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation Ability to demonstrate and live the mission and core values in daily interactions Assistant General Manager Requirements: 4+ years as a full-service AGM in a high volume environment Must have experience with corporate systems and background with strong tenure working for reputable large upscale restaurant groups Strong leadership ability; flexibility and adaptability to lead a team to a successful new restaurant launch Highly skilled at financials, managing costs & labor, and setting up effective systems High level of knowledge of health and sanitation codes, labor laws in California Strong commitment to diversity & inclusion, high level of comfortability with language around these issues Solution orientated, passionate about growing with a dynamic young company Assistant General Manager Benefits: Competitive salary with bonus structure Employer-paid Health Benefits PTO: Sick and Vacation Relocation Assistance Huge opportunities for growth JOB ID : 172747#post Tina Ludwig #J-18808-Ljbffr
