Oversee full-cycle recruitment: From engaging with clients to successfully closing the deal.

Your profile:
2–3+ years in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
A grasp of the healthcare industry or a willingness to learn — coaching is part of our culture.
Expertise in managing client relationships and clinching offers.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems; training will be provided for ours.
An entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build a lasting career.
