Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: From initial client discussions to closing placements.
  • Collaborate as a Strategic Partner: Grasping client business needs, culture, and pain points.
  • Employ Strategic Sourcing Techniques: Utilizing our cutting-edge CRM/ATS alongside your personal connections.
  • Maximize Our Platform: Track candidates, automate processes, and streamline organization.
  • Focus on Long-Term Placements: Creating value for clients while enhancing your earnings.
  • Engage in Thought Leadership: Assisting in the growth of our brand while elevating yours.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Possesses 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
  • Has a sound understanding of the healthcare sector or is eager to learn with our guidance.
  • Demonstrates strong aptitude for managing client relationships and securing offers.
  • Is comfortable with ATS/CRM systems (we provide training on ours).
  • Exhibits an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to build a lasting career.
