Finance Director

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Director to lead our financial operations with strategic insight and robust expertise. In this vital role, you will oversee all financial activities to provide financial and statistical data essential to good fiscal management. The Finance Director is responsible for financial oversight of a multimillion-dollar budget, overseeing the organizations financial strategy, individual grant budgets and grant compliance. This role combines hands-on management of fiscal processes with strategic financial planning, supporting both programmatic and organizational goals. The Finance Director will partner closely with the COO, senior leadership and the Board of Directors’ Finance Committee. Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required. Three to five years of financial management experience, demonstrated experience with nonprofit financial management, grant reporting and fund accounting required. Direct experience developing a budget and monitoring fiscal accountability required. Proficiency with Sage Intacct accounting and financial software preferred. Strong analytical, written communication and time management skills required. One year experience in supervising staff required. Working with volunteer Board of Directors preferred. Valid OH driver\'s license, reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance required. Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
