Do you love helping people, staying organized, and creating a warm, welcoming experience? We'd love to meet you!

At Guiding Light Dental , we're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to be the first smile our patients see when they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls and respond to text messages
Schedule and confirm appointments
Check patients in and out
Verify insurance and collect payments
Present financial arrangements and assist with treatment scheduling
Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental
Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Work closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, positive, and enjoys helping others
Professional and dependable
Organized with excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Previous dental or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
