Physician Coverage: 8 a.m.to8 p.m. APC Coverage: 8 a.m.to6 p.m.December to March RN Coverage: 2 to 3 RNs present the entire shift Certifications Required: ACLS andPALs, unless ABEM boarded Physician-Led Care Model Staffed by board-certified physicians Supported by experienced registered nurses and clinical staff Ability to manage a broad range of urgent and emergent presentations Two negative-pressure rooms to support infection control and airborne isolation precautions IV infusion services Lacerations/injuries Blood testing and point-of-care diagnostics Seamless access to NCH specialists and hospital services Integrated healthcare system allowing direct referral, consultation, and transfer when needed Qualifications MD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible in EM, family medicine, or internal medicine Eligible for Florida medical licensure Strong commitment to quality, service excellence, and patient-centered care Live Where Others Vacation Marco Island offers white-sand beaches, boating, fishing, championship golf, waterfront dining, and year-round sunshine.
