The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing and analytical experience, along with hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, analyzing payroll data, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll compliance.ResponsibilitiesProcess multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce NowReview payroll data for accuracy, including hours, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and adjustmentsAudit payroll reports and identify discrepancies prior to payroll processingResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesMaintain accurate employee payroll records and process employee changesCalculate and process payroll deductions, garnishments, and other adjustmentsReconcile payroll registers, tax reports, and payroll-related accountsAssist with payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsPrepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data to identify trends or discrepanciesAssist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparationSupport payroll audits and provide requested documentationPartner with HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issuesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll informationAssist with process improvements and payroll-related projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required3+ years of payroll experienceADP Workforce Now experience requiredExperience with multi-state payroll preferredStrong understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and complianceAdvanced Excel skills preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
