This role is the primary liaison between sales, finance, design, procurement, production, order fulfillment, and order deployment teams to design, research, make, manage, and process customer orders with the utmost focus on customer satisfaction. This position embodies the core principles of Golden West: Customer Obsessed, being a Great Team Member and being Operationally Excellent.What You’ll DoKey Accountabilities:Collaborate with sales, design, manufacturing, and logistics department teams to plan, oversee, and manage customer projects from intake to delivery including but not limited to scheduling and materials oversight and accessibility.Collaborate with design, pricing, sales, and production teams on new product design requests to manage product design details and ensure Company meets or exceeds customer needs and product specifications.Represent the Company to effectively resolve customer inquiries, requests, and/or complaints in a timely manner including use of “Solve by Sundown” guidelines.Promote sales and build strong professional relationships with customers by accurately managing orders from start to finish ensuring accurate, on-time, and in-full production and delivery of packaging products and services.Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and technologies. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
