In this role, you will work directly with customers, present products and services, and create tailored solutions to meet their needs. You’ll receive hands-on sales training, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities for rapid career growth.

Top earners make $50,000–$70,000+ annually. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required; we will provide full training for driven candidates.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Represent Pinnacle by promoting wireless, fiber internet, and TV services directly to residential customers
• Conduct face-to-face presentations within assigned territories and residential communities
• Build rapport with homeowners, identify needs, and offer personalized solutions
• Explain product features, plan options, and current promotions clearly and confidently
• Generate new customer accounts while meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales goals
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and completed enrollments using CRM tools
• Attend ongoing sales and product training sessions to stay current on offerings and promotions
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve territory performance and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold our commitment to integrity, reliability, and innovation
