Develop and execute a business plan to grow the territory and meet or exceed sales goals Expand prescribing breadth and depth, optimize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy Prospect and target primary care practices to generate interest in Galleri and onboard early adopters Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to improve strategy and execution Provide field insights to sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other customer-facing teams Identify market opportunities, share best practices, and communicate successful selling approaches Implement compliant promotional activities supporting sales and marketing strategies Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to educate providers on MCED technology and build Key Opinion Leader relationships Manage complex customer accounts through consultative selling and solution-oriented discussions Lead product conversations, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations Apply knowledge of diagnostic tools, laboratory processes, and clinical applications to support customer decisions Analyze territory performance, competition, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities Maintain accurate customer documentation in the CRM system Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up, operational support, and clinically relevant insights Ensure sales activities comply with legal, company, and healthcare industry requirements Make more than 85% of working time in-person visits to physician practices, support events, and execute company initiatives Requirements BS/BA bachelor’s degree 3+ years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years accepted with direct GRAIL experience Ability to travel as required, approximately 85%, potentially including overnight stays Valid driver’s license Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field Background in medical or biological sciences Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Sales performance recognition strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to present to internal and external customers Strong time management skills Working knowledge of geography and customer base Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides) Ability to work with dry ice and potentially hazardous materials, blood specimens, and laboratory instruments Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sales strategy execution, customer relationship management, and compliance within the healthcare industry.
