Primary Care Physician
Up to 296K First-Year Earnings | Optional 4.5-Day Workweek | 7 Weeks PTO
Join a thriving, hospital-employed outpatient practice where collaboration, physician support, and work-life balance are at the center of patient care. We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values teamwork and comprehensive primary care in a community-based setting.
Practice Highlights- 100% outpatient primary care
- Collaborative, hospital-employed group practice
- Provide the full spectrum of primary care services
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No weekend clinic responsibilities
- Minimal telephonic call averaging 1-2 days per month
- First-year earning potential of up to 296,000
- Compensation includes 5% tied to performance metrics
- Negotiable signing bonus
- Up to 10,000 relocation assistance
- Educational stipend available for physicians in training who commit to the practice
- 7 weeks of Paid Time Off , including all federal holidays
- 5 days of CME with a 3,000 annual allowance
- 401(k) with a 6% employer match
- Malpractice coverage with tail coverage provided
