RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR Administrating treatments and documentation Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs. Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs. All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
