Advantage Technical is partnering with a stainless-steel manufacturer of pipe fittings and fabricated assemblies is hiring a TIG Welder and Metal Fabricator to join their production team in West Chester, OH. If you have hands-on TIG welding experience and take pride in precision work, this is a direct hire opportunity worth exploring.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

• Cut and fit various diameter tubing and fittings to customer specifications
• Read blueprints and shop plans to produce fabricated parts and assemblies
• Use measuring devices including calipers, height gauges, and tape measures
• Assist in developing designs for welding projects
• Operate a variety of fabrication tools and equipment

What you Bring (Experience and Qualifications):

• 1-2 years of TIG welding experience required
• Pipe fitting experience a plus
• Ability to read basic measuring devices and blueprints
• Proficiency in math preferred
• Must pass a weld test
