In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for managing all Workday functionality, enhancements, and HR support tickets, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our HR partners and employees across the organization. Why you?You thrive in fast-paced environments under tight deadlinesYou relish new challenges and evolving technologyYou enjoy collaborating and communicating with your teammatesYou like to know your efforts are noticed and appreciatedYou look forward to high-level responsibility opportunitiesWhat it takes:Bachelor's degree in related field (preference to HR) or equivalent experience7+ years of progressive Human Resources Systems (HRIS) experience, including significant experience administering Workday.3+ years of leadership experience managing HR Systems or HRIS teams.Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, including business processes, security, reporting, and system configuration.Experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, or Absence Management.Experience leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization preferred.AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability
