Plumbing Foreman – Ultimate LLC Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumbing Foreman to oversee construction plumbing projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the Phoenix area. Up to $45/hour based on experience. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews to ensure efficient workflow. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Manage project scheduling to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control. Oversee budgeting processes to keep projects within financial constraints. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality standards. Provide training and guidance to crew members on best practices and safety protocols. Collaborate with GCs, site supers, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations. Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and updates. Meet plumbing inspectors on site. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry. Proficiency in blueprint reading. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all team members. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Drug test required. Background check required.
