3DE by Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming high school education. 3DE was designed with and is implemented in partnership with school districts to make high school more relevant, experiential, and connected to the real world through project-based learning, case methodology, and competency development. Role Overview: 3DE School Implementation Manager

The 3DE School Implementation (SI) Manager collaborates closely with 3DE and local school teammates to build school culture processes needed to ensure long-term 3DE sustainability. They build trust, alignment, and momentum across school communities without relying on direct authority. The SI works with the school 3DE team to build efficient and repeatable processes for 3DE events and activities to ensure students and business professionals have highly impactful experiences. They cultivate a culture that reinforces and celebrates 3DE competencies and promotes a sense of belonging among students and teachers. They intentionally empower teachers and students to own and lead aspects of the 3DE model within their school. The SI is a strong relationship builder and collaborator who also possesses an operational mindset.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with school and 3DE teammates to establish effective, efficient, and repeatable processes for 3DE sustainability.

• Establish repeatable processes for collaborative planning and smooth execution of 3DE activities.
• Ensure 3DE is integrated into broader school processes and procedures (school calendar, enrollment, etc).
• Maintain clear communication about 3DE activities across school and 3DE teams.
• Ensure 3DE experiences are welcoming, well-organized, and impactful for students, teachers, and volunteers.
• Partner with the 3DE Administrator to oversee day-to-day implementation of 3DE.

Cultivate a culture that fosters community, reinforces 3DE competencies, and empowers students and teachers to own the model.

• Facilitate PLCs that foster interdisciplinary planning and teacher culture.
• Collaborate with teacher and student leaders to establish routines and practices that reinforce 3DE competencies and build a sense of community.
• Empower teachers and student leaders to own implementation of 3DE activities.
• Support communications about 3DE in the broader school community.
• Build strong relationships in the school building and influence culture through consistency and credibility.

Collect and use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure accurate and timely collection of 3DE operational and outcomes data.
• Support teachers in accessing and utilizing 3DE's learning portal, My3DE.
• Utilize 3DE data in PLCs and with 3DE teammates to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor student case work progress in the launch class.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities impacting 3DE model implementation.

Desired Experience

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required
• Leadership Experience:
  • Middle or High school classroom teaching experience, minimum of 5 years; comparable nonprofit experience as a program coordinator/manager is also acceptable
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Experience using data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Relationship Building:
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of stakeholders.
• Time Management:
  • Experience organizing multiple projects and competing priorities while effectively managing time

Job Details

• Intended Start Date: October 30th, 2026
• Location: Houston, Texas
• Employment Type: Full-Time; On-site
• Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000; commensurate with experience
• Reports To: Head of 3DE
