Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple contract opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services throughout the academic year. Flourish in a collaborative, student-centered environment that values professional growth, supports Clinical Fellows (CFs), and prioritizes the needs of every child.

Openings include short-and long-term assignments across several schools, with full-time and part-time schedules to suit your preferences. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced educators and therapists and receive direct supervision if you’re a CF. Please note that virtual candidates and SLPAs will not be considered at this time.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Florida SLP license (CCC strongly preferred, but CFs welcome with supervision provided)
• School-based and pediatric experience, particularly working with severe-profound populations and AAC devices
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across various school locations as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in PreK-12
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans, documenting student progress accurately
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, teachers, and families to address diverse student needs
• Support students’ functional communication skills in inclusive and specialized settings
• Participate in eligibility meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
