Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple full- and part-time positions are open for the 2026-27 school year, including immediate maternity leave coverage and extended assignments at elementary, middle, and high school campuses. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Florida SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows welcomed—supervision available)
• Experience working with severe-profound student populations and proficiency with AAC required for select roles
• Schools-based SLP experience is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists
• Organized, adaptable, and ready to contribute in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for students with communication, speech, or language disorders
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and IEP documentation
• Participate actively in IEP and multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Deliver both individual and small-group therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support each student’s academic and social goals
• Effectively manage caseloads including direct therapy, consultation, and compliance documentation

Opportunities are available at a variety of locations, including DeBary, South Daytona, Orange City, Pierson, Daytona Beach, and Lake Helen. Roles range from 2, 3, and 5 days per week, starting August 4, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a standard 37.5-hour weekly schedule.
