Location : Cornelius North Carolina
Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift : 10hr Day Shift - 40
Shift Information : Monday-Thursday 0630-1700 Clinical Interviewing : No
On Call, Call Back Requirements : None
Weekend Rotation -
Holiday Requirements : Traveler will work holidays that fall on their scheduled shift.

About Facility:

• Licensed Beds: 35
• ED: # of beds - 8
• ICU: # of beds - 4
• Med/Tele: # of beds - 20
• Labor/Delivery: # of beds – 4 LDRs; 9 Mother Baby
• Facility offers X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound and MRI imaging services
• No Trauma Designation
• Not a Teaching Hospital
• Not a Chest Pain Center
• Not currently Stroke accredited
• Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

Department Information:

• Outpatients are scheduled on weekends
• Department performs an average of 30 studies/weekday and 14 studies on weekends

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years

Will you accept a first-time traveler : Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Department will serve ED, Inpatient, Observation, and Outpatient patients

Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• ARRT(R) or NMTCB, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
• BLS
• State Licensure is not required

Skills required:

• Ability to work in fast-paced imaging department completing routine and STAT MRI exams for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients.
• Siemens experience

• EMR: EPIC
• RIS: Epic Radiant
• PACS: Philips iSite

Orientation (facility and unit):

• Administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearning, policy review, etc.) – 1 day
• Remainder of first week department specific training.

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: NA

• Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work holidays that fall within their schedule.
• RTO Requests: Manager approval
