Learning Designer

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely on a 12-month contract, the full-time Learning Designer will create and implement engaging learning experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client solutions. Key responsibilities Design and develop instructional materials and learning modules for various platforms Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field Experience with e-learning development tools and learning management systems Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proven ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques in educational settings
