Senior Learning Designer

To help cultivate effective leadership within a dynamic organization, the full-time Senior Learning Designer will work remotely to define leadership standards, create learning frameworks, and enhance manager training programs. Key responsibilities Define and build frameworks for effective leadership in an AI-first, autonomous environment Own and manage the end-to-end process of Manager Seminars, updating content based on feedback and organizational needs Design and implement learning experiences to address skill gaps identified through Manager Effectiveness data Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in learning design, leadership development, or management training Background in people management or close collaboration with managers to understand their challenges Experience with learning management systems and data analysis to measure learning impact Strong ability to translate leadership concepts into practical tools and resources Deep understanding of modern management challenges in remote and hybrid environments
