Business Analytics Consultant

As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's IRM organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Brecksville, OH, Charlotte, NC, or Houston, TX. Responsibilities Leverage complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data‑driven solutions. Consult clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product/solution development. Determine the optimal analytic approach and support development, implementation and enhancements. Conceptualize, develop and continuously optimize analytical solutions for operations and executive management to enable data‑driven decision making. Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences. Demonstrate leadership and self‑starter qualities in an ever‑changing fast‑paced environment, focusing on customer needs, effective communication and problem solving through process improvement, re‑engineering and project management. Maintain a strong foundation in SQL, Tableau, ETL in PNC's source systems or repositories, and an understanding of banking and credit to develop creative solutions/reports. Hadoop and Python experience is a plus but not essential. Qualifications Analytical Thinking, Business Intelligence (BI), Concept Development, Data‑Driven Decision Making, Data Integration, Market Research, Performance Metrics, Qualitative Research, Strategic Planning. Business Acumen, Consulting, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications. University/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience or comparable combination of education, certifications and experience (including military service). Bachelor’s degree.
