Melt Deck Furnace Operator - Foundry

Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Melt Deck Operator to support iron melting operations in our Shawano, WI foundry. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor furnaces and melt deck equipment to produce high-quality gray and ductile iron castings for OEM customers. Responsibilities include charging furnaces with scrap and alloys, performing temperature checks, sampling molten metal, and coordinating with quality and production teams. You will follow strict safety and PPE requirements, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and help maintain a clean, organized melt deck.
