Machine Operator Assistant

Job Title: Production Associate – Machine Operator Assistant Location: Clintonville, WI Pay: $18.54 hour Days $ 20.54 hour Nights Schedule: 12 hour Days or Nights 6 to 6 2 -2-3 schedule Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to support the manufacturing operations . This role i s responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards while m aintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Remove finished p roducts from accumulators and pack cases (Catcher role) Monitor machine performance and communicate any issues to the operator Assist operators with product quality checks and accuracy verification Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around assigned machines Report issues with accumulators, case packing, labeling materials, or product quality Ensure all safety guards and devices are properly in place before operating near machinery Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report any food safety concerns Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred (not required) Basic math skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety #J-18808-Ljbffr Celerity Staffing Solutions
