DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm OR Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay: $22.05/HR
Duties:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent output
Inspect products during and after production to verify quality standards
Maintain production efficiency by troubleshooting minor machine issues
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Package finished products according to specifications
Use pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods
Accurately document production counts, quality checks, and downtime
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating manufacturing or packaging machinery preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality defects
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Experience using pallet jacks or other material‑handling equipment a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
